There are no “Free Registry Cleaners unless you pay for it and in that case it is not free.?

Every website I went to FindARegisrtyCleaner.com, Frostapps.com, Downloadmaster.com, and many more all require purchase before regisrties are cleaned from computer. Therefore how can they advertise as free?
