   its a really bad virus. my boyfriend got it a little bit ago, and it took forever to get rid of it. he went to that website where they had the geeksquad to get rid of it, and it worked, which was the only thing that worked. he took it in and they couldnt find anything wrong, but try going to that geek squad website and asking them about it. they’ll give you the steps to get rid of it
