Without a doubt, COMODO System-Cleaner. CCleaner and the Glary Utilities are also useful. Also, I wrote an article about backing up and cleaning the Windows Registry. These days, I START with the Comodo utility.

I also tried Ccleaner but it works f9.. it only cleans not optimize registries ..i think optimization also required for them..i use this application named Advanced System Optimizer..its tools Registry Cleaner + Registry Optimizer helps u in cleaning & optimizing distorted registries…i m using it for regular maintenance..& i can say i never faced any prob after using it..for me this best all in one optimization tool used so far..!!
