Lesson learned. DON’T MESS WITH THE REGISTRY! YOU WILL GET BURNED!
Did you back the registry?
If you did the reg cleaner should be able to put it back
in future man, NEVER keep your documents, music, movies you like, photos and other stuff on your system disk, where your windows is installed. get external hard drive for 40-50 bucks and keep it there for your sake. or partition your disk C to a couple of local disks and keep them there. what you can do now is to connect to the other computer and from that computer move all your stuff (dont move windows) and format hard drive, install new version. when i was young i made the same mistake, i took hard drive out and plugged it into the other computer, backed up my stuff and erased everything. if you use notebook then open a cover, take that HD out and do the same thing like i did, but you will need PC, because they can handle several mounts of HDs. check if you have USB or SATA connection and ask if someone can help you connect it to their machines.
