   Personally, I have not used EasyCleaner before. I know for a fact that CCleaner works flawlessly on Windows 7 (http://www.ccleaner.com) and there are a selection of other tools as well that are able to fix Windows 7 in the best possible way.

   I use a tool called "Frontline Registry Cleaner" which works well on Windows 7. You can get it from http://www.fastregistryfixes.com/windows_7_registry_cleaners.html

   sandy’s right – ccleaner is easier – and, besides which, to answer your question, easycleaner is currently *not* compatible with windows 7.
