You Could Of Got A Virus/Spyware
Or It Could Be How Much Memory Space Is Free If There Is Hardly any space free then it could be that.
Or It Could Be that Your Computer is running too much stuff on your computer…You May Not nOTICE tHAT yOUR running a lot of stuff but your computer is running many stuff at the same time
low RAM possibly ,also open the side panel and tighten the chord that connects harddisc from the motherboard.
Maybe it’s a conflict between two applications you’re running.
If you’re running CCleaner you could UNCHECK all the items in Tools > Startup and restart.
If it then runs ok you could RECHECK four or five at a time and keep restarting to see if/when the freezing comes back.
That way you may discover IF it’s an application that is causing the problem, and so WHAT it is.
You can do something similar in Start > Run > type MSCONFIG
There is also a free program called Process Lasso which throttles back any running process which is consuming excessive CPU resources. Might be worth a look.
