If this happened within the last 2 days, you can restore your computer to its previous "session" from about a day ago. This will put your computer back exactly how it was from that restore point which means no virus. Windows usually creates random restore points that you can access through the Start Menu.
-Log on to Windows as Administrator.
-Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click System Restore.
-On the Welcome to System Restore page, click Restore my computer to an earlier time (if it is not already selected), and then click Next.
-On the Select a Restore Point page, click the most recent system restore point (OR ANYTIME BEFORE YOU GOT THE VIRUS) in the On this list, click a restore point list, and then click Next.
**Note A System Restore message may appear that lists configuration changes that System Restore will make. Click OK.
-On the Confirm Restore Point Selection page, click Next. System Restore restores the previous Windows XP configuration, and then restarts the computer.
-Log on to the computer as Administrator. The System Restore Restoration Complete page is displayed.
-Click OK.
And you are done. Any other questions, visit this site: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306084
It’s malware and a system restore may not get rid of it. Boot into "safe mode with networking" by hitting F8 at start up, or whatever it says on the splash screen (first screen) for boot options, select "safe mode with networking", and hit enter. Go online to here http://www.malwarebytes.org/ , download the free version, install, update, run full scan, and have it delete anything that it finds. Keep this on your PC and run every so often. Good luck!
