Do you think Aurthur Blank’s comments about Micheal Vick were racial?

If you didnt hear the whole thing, Mr. Blank made a comment about Vick being gone from the league and that if he "ate too much fried chicken and french fries" that he may get too out of shape and not be able to get back in the NFL.
