Hi repair installing windows xp, it asked a question bu i cant move the cursor with mouse or the keyboard?

Yeah, its asks about my realteck audio software and i know that i want to say yes as it was on my pc before, but theres no way to move the cursor and i have tried moving un plugging the mouse and keyboard but this doesnt work.
