Yeah, its asks about my realteck audio software and i know that i want to say yes as it was on my pc before, but theres no way to move the cursor and i have tried moving un plugging the mouse and keyboard but this doesnt work.

Try to say yes to your pc then 😛
use your tab key to move between the different options ie yes or no . everytime you hit the tab key it will go through all the different options available till it highlights . the space bar lets you tick a chech box .
