How do I clean my registry? I’ve tried CCleaner and Advanced Windows care, but auslogics says I have 321…?

Apparently I have 321 problems in my registry. How can I fix this, and is there a good program I can use for this? I’ve tried Advanced Windows Care and CCleaner but it still shows 321 problems…
