How do I get rid of WinFixer spyware from my computer?

My computer seems to have contracted spyware, specifically WinFixer. I have run Adaware, SpyBot S&D, AVG, and PestPatrol and have had no luck in getting rid of it. Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.
