CCleaner does the housekeeeping but it doesnt get rid of viruses you need also an antivirus program and anti spyware program, also defragment your computer and check ro hard disk errors from your BIOS, also get a program to clean up your registry (like registry mechanic, it isnt free)

2.Advanced Windows Care Personal from http://ww.iobit.com
Under tools check memory cleaner.
3.DiskSweeperfree2 from http://www.craveworldwide.com
( Include zerobyte files /exclude system files/ hidden files )
4. Wise Registry cleaner from http://www.wisecleaner.com
Delete all green checked entries.
get a cd then burn something
