   registry clear is a program that cleans the reg file which are very important files which register programs on to windows but deleting the wrong ones you can damage your o/s and other programs

   im not very experienced at software but you should re-format the whole pc
   this will detele everything in your computer and put a new o/s in your computer

   how to do it you will need a windows XP or w/e your running CD
   and boot the cd and read carefully

   before doing that you should save all important documents
