From what it says, either your CD-ROM drive or Hard Drive is malfunctioning.
I would say HDD, as it freezes when it tries to boot.
Remove any CD/DVDs from all your CD/DVD drives, try both options again.
If that doesn’t work, either take it to a computer repair shop or format and reinstall windows.
If that doesn’t work, again, take it to a computer repair shop or try disconnecting your CD/DVD drives from the motherboard, or reinstall windows to a separate HDD (Note that I don’t recommend this unless you know what you’re doing).
