All computers are equipped with a Disk Cleanup program. It should be located under System Tools or something similar to that. Usually System Tools is located under Accessories.The Disk Cleanup program should remove all temporary and unnecessary files and cookies.
I use the McAfee security center that is included with my internet service. It works great. It even has a "shredder" for files that you want to permantly eliminate.
