My laptop would connect to wireless internet before at home. But now it can no longer do so and also when I select repair connection, I just wait forever for the process to finish. This problem is isolated to my administrator account since I can connect using my guest account. I have a Dell Inspiron E1405 Centrino. Cannot connect using both windows and Intel Proset wireless software. Help please.

Try holding the Fn key and pressing F2 to turn your antennae on.
restart the computer and it should. or restart ur wireless router
The user profile might be corrupted since you said that your guest account can connect. Why not try creating a new user profile with administrative access and once that is done, delete the old one? Your document should still be accessible, or maybe you can compile it to one folder so it’s easier for you to organize your stuff.
