Update your driver, you can try Driver Robot, It will scan your system and locate the exact drivers you need to update automatically.

I suggest you go with Avast Free Home Edition. You get:
* Antivirus and anti-spyware
* Ensures all mails sent and received are clean
* Keeps you protected from "chat" infections
* Stops attacks from hijacked websites
* Compatible with Windows XP, Vista and 7
Avast has moved to #2 spot on cnet in less than a month. It will over throw AVG for #1.
Also Advanced System Care 3.5. It will safely fix & clean the registry, and has other useful tools.
Avira, Malwarebytes’, SUPERAntiSpyware, Auslogics Registry Cleaner.
Microsoft Security Essentials, and Malwarebytes free is a good combination.
Driver Max is free but I would use manufacturer’s website to check for drivers. Driver update software programs results are often wrong.
Avoid registry cleaners, it’s a gimmick, they don’t repair anything…just delete info.
There are a few free Anti Virus programs available. Avast free, AVG, Avira, Microsoft Security Essentials. I do not recommend using registry cleaners. Drivers should only be updated when a known driver issue is present.

Malwarebytes is really good http://www.malwarebytes.org
ESET is tested by organizations such as AV-Comparatives, AV-Test and Virus Bulletin. ESET is the first company to receive 54 VB100 awards from Virus Bulletin and has not missed a single threat in Virus Bulletin’s tests in the past six years.[10] ESET’s products are regularly certified by ICSA Labs and West Coast Labs.
DID YOU SEE THE PART THAT SAID ESET HAS NOT MISSED A SINGLE VIRUS IN A TEST IN 6+ YEARS? I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR OVER A YEAR AND IT’S 110% FULL PROOF.
WIKIPEDIA ESET AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.
