You should be able to go into the C:\Program Files directory and delete whatever you need to. If this dosen’t work, (like the file may be in use error,) try to Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to bring up task manager. Close the program if it is open, then try again. Alternate: Use MSCONFIG to start-up without it running. (Start, run, type msconfig [Enter]
If you are working with windows xp, turn on your computer. Click the START button. Click SET PROGRAMS AND DEFALT button (on right side, middle of menu). Click ADD AND REMOVE PROGRAMS(upper left corner). Scroll to find program you want to remove. Click on program name. Click REMOVE button. Program is REMOVED FOREVER, SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT ONE!Good Luck!
Add/Remove programs should work. You could get the Yahoo!Anti-Spy with the toolbar and it will detect Limewire as Spyware/Adware. Click remove. If it keeps saying it is removing after 5 minutes, click cancel and it has deleted Limewire, as for Morpheus I do not know.
Well, you need to Uninstall both by using the Add / Remove Programs in Windows. Then you need to go in and physically delete the folders of each one of those software.
Formatted it
Should be able to go into c:/programs , find the file or program that is corrupt and use the "uninstall" features.
If that don’t work, install my favorite version of ‘windows’ where I pick up my computer and throw it out the nearest window!
