Start task manager and disable security tools processes. Typically, it is numerical processes, but you might have to check all processes running on your user if they are legitimate programs or not.
Then scan with malwarebytes anti-malware or spyware doctor.

Hi… I recommend you to install Norton Internet Security 2010 and go for a full scan… If you are not able to get it from internet You can get a old antivirus in our Mother Board Disk and update it… You also need JAVA platform for good browsing of INternet Explorer so install it… I recommend you to once install TuneUP Utilities 2008 of later to optimize internet settings….
Good Luck………..

You aren’t as infected as you think you are. It is a type of virus known as "Rogue Anti-Virus" It tries to look like a legitt Anti-virus but it isn’t. The scam is to make you think you are so badly infected that you’ll cough up your credit card info to the Security Tool people. Just false positives really.
