My PC is still infected, I cannot print or update AVG 8.0 nor manualy nor automatically, other virus protection cannot detect the virus, which tools can I use to clean my PC?

not a program thats a free scan but a registry cleaner also how can i do this manualy,how do i know what to get rid of.
