registry cleaners yes or no?

i dont know what to do at the moment i only use ccleaner. I know if i run reg cure netcom3 or any other it will find errors but doing this could destroy my registry. So i was thinking do i just use the free ones and if so witch one do i use. easy cleaner . Eusing Free Registry Cleaner . or do you recommend one that you know one that you 100% trust free or purchase can you help thankyou for all honest repilys on this subject

Can anybody tell me honestly which is the best antispyware and adware and registry cleaner?

The programs I have installed now are

Uniblue spyware
Uniblue Speedup my PC
Uniblue Registry cleaner
Spybot
Windows live onecare
registry clear

I was thinking of installing Netcom3 but???
