Anybody know of a Good Free Vista Registry cleaner ?

Does anybody know of a Good Freeware Registry Cleaner thats not so strong as to Mess up your system . I Used to use IOBIT advanced System Registry Cleaner , But on 2 occasions , It totally destroyed my system , for example , My system didn’t detect my CD DVD rom drive , and finally just got fed up . Can somebody reccomend a good one .

Desperately need Samsung SN-124 CD ROm Driver??

Anyone know where I can download the samsung sn-124 cd rom driver for free? I accidently deleted important system files using a freeware registry cleaner and now my cd rom driver is missing and it won’t let me do a system restore. I have tried uninstalling the driver and restarting and windows XP Home can’t find the driver. Here is the error code under device manager: "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"
