What TOSHIBA programs can I delete from my computer?

TOSHIBA Power Saver
TOSHIBA Software Modem
TOSHIBA Speech System Applications
TOSHIBA Speech System SR Engine(U.S.) Version1.0
TOSHIBA Speech System TTS Engine(U.S.) Version1.0
TOSHIBA Touchpad Utility
TOSHIBA Utility
TOSHIBA Zooming Utility

these are all the Toshiba programs on my computer. I know that I use some of them, but most of them say "Used: Rarely" so I’m wondering which ones I can get rid of, and I am especially wondering what TOSHIBA ConfigFree is, since it is the largest (27.66MB)

Toshiba software on computer–which don’t I need?

I have a Toshiba laptop that I’m trying to free-up space on. In Add/Remove Programs, there are many entries from Toshiba–which are completely necessary and which are not, and what are they used for?

TOSHIBA Assist
TOSHIBA ConfigFree
Toshiba Controls Utility
TOSHIBA PC Diagnostic Tool
Toshiba Registration
TOSHIBA SD Memory Card Format
TOSHIBA Software Upgrades
Toshiba Touchpad Utility
Toshiba Utility

Also, if a program is not necessary, is it beneficial? If so, how do I run it?
