Instant Spyware Removal is an award-winning advanced anti-virus/spyware software. It is able to effectively detect, remove and block malicious Spyware/Trojan/Malware/Virus and other potential security threats which slow down computer, create unwanted pop-up ads, change computer settings and steal personal information without your knowledge. It is the best tool that perfectly secure your computer and your privacy.
You can try it from:

Hi.As someone else suggested try out Microsoft Security Essentials. That one seems to be good these days.
My opinion :
1 Internet security suite (includes antivirus, antimalware, firewall, etc)
No registry cleaner (or CCleaner if you wish) as you can mess up your PC
1 additional anti-spyware/malware program (I recommend Superantispyware, Spyware Doctor) with real-time protection (optional).
protect your computer against security theate caused by spyware and then your PC very fastly and effecvily
On my laptop, I’m pretty happy with just Microsoft Security Essentials, Pro. version of Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware, and the free Comodo Firewall (with the AV feature disabled).
For the registry cleaner, I use Glary Utilities. You can substitute it with CCleaner if you want.
That’s all I ever needed to keep my laptop secure and problem-free.
norton 360 covers all of what you posted but if your to cheep to buy that (as I now am) I recommend Avg free edition (http://free.avg.com/us-en/homepage) along with windows default firewall. Then malware bytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org/). Registry cleaner is not essential and i personally don’t use it. DON’T GET MORE THAN ONE ANTI-VIRUS! I have had to fix many computers because the anti-virus/spyware software conflicted and made the computer lag so bad it was impossible to use. Using 1 anti-virus/spyware is safer by far than risking conflicts between 2.
I have three computers on my desk, Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.
On all three of them I use these programs.
Browser: Firefox with the following ADD ONs No Script, Better Privacy, Web of Trust, Add Block Plus and Bit defender Quick Scan.
Anti Virus / Anti Spyware – Microsoft Security Essentials (Free Program from Microsoft)
2nd Anti Spyware – Spybot Search and Destroy (Free).
Clean up – CCleaner also a reg cleaner.
Fire Wall – Windows fire wall plus Hard Ware Fire wall built into my router.
I do not believe in Third Party Fire Walls. Windows Fire Wall works just fine. Especially behind the routers Hard Ware firewall.
All of my computes are Stealth according to Prob your ports.com
MBAM certainly is good with ‘rootkits and other spyware’, but you can safely use Superantispyware along with MBAM.
> Superantispyware: http://www.superantispyware.com
* and as a side note to an above answerer, the Windows Vista and Win 7 built-in firewalls are good, but the included firewall in Win XP is NOT.
The Win XP firewall is only one-directional, and a firewall has to be bi-directional to be effective.
So if you are using Windows XP, I strongly suggest getting a third-party firewall.
(I use and recommend the Comodo Free Firewall).
> Comodo Firewall: http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/
* and if you do get Comodo Firewall, pay attention to opt-out of the antivirus when you install it.
