They don’t do it because "registry cleaning" is a gimmick and does not affect performance. All a registry cleaner does is look for obsolete entries in the registry and then gives you the option to delete them. Registry cleaners don’t fix anything, they can’t edit, write, modify data. They can’t change any settings. What a registry cleaner calls an error is meaningless. There is always demand for programs that claim to fix or speed up a computer since people generally don’t understand what slows a computer or causes problems in the first place.
If you feel that it is a good idea, sell a marketing plan to them.
