if so please list some ways. . I need to do this because my itunes dose not work and can not be repaired.I have tryed everything. I have a windows vista wick itunes dose not work on. And I have a windows2000 wich the latest iTunes required for the iPod touch isint compatible with. What do I do?

My windows partition on my macbook pro was playing up (unexpected restarts, blue screen of death then a restart, stuff like that) i tried using a file registry cleaner and it found problems with my registry every 5 minutes. This certainly wasnt due to a virus because i had antivirus software (AVG) and the only sites i went on were ones to get software such as skype and itunes. So i reinstalled windows, reinstalled all the games and all the software, just one day after the reinstall it gave me the blue screen of death again, any ideas? because im entirely out of them. 🙁

P.S. ive also tried to repair this disk both with the mac ‘Disk utility’ and after restarts windows starts a disk repair thing too, neither seem to have had any impact.
Thanks in advance any help is appreciated.

I recently downloaded apple quick time and itunes but later uninstalled them…However in my add or remove program list there is an item that says "Apple software update" when i click on remove I get an error that states "there is a problem with this windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

If I click on change and then repair I get "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. click ok to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package ‘applesoftwareupdate.msi’ in the box below"

Anyone know how to resolve this so i can remove this from my computer?

I recently updated my itunes to 9.0 and while it was installing an error poped up and said itunes can’t not function due to missing icuin36.dll. I tried to uninstalling the itunes software and reinstalling it but nothing works. Now everytime I start up my computer the error keeps popping up. Please help.

I have a 5G 60Gig iPod I bought about a year and a half ago

There are certain albums (only complete albums) that skip on my iPod. Instead of playing the song, it cycles through the names of the songs without playing them. It slows my iPod down, which it does not respond or responds VERY slowly when I press the Menu key. I have to restart my iPod for it to work normally again.

These files played correctly on my iPod less than two weeks ago, and then suddenly could not play

I have tried everything that I can think of to solve this problem and that includes:
Reformatting the iPod – through Windows explorer and through iTunes
Restoring the iPod with the latest iPod software (through iTunes)
Manually resetting the iPod
Checking the song files to make sure they are not corrupted (They aren’t – they play fine on the computer and also play fine on my MP3 and cell phone)
Checking that the file formats and bitrates are correct for the iPod (They are)
Checking to see that the files are compressed (They are)
Making sure that the files are being converted to be compatible with the iPod (They are)
Running a diagnostic test to make sure the iPod is not corrupted (I don’t think it is)

I have looked at the Apple Support pages and they have not helped.
I googled, but no one seems to have the exactly same problem, and what solved their problems has not helped mine.

Can someone please tell me what to do with it? Thank you!
