if so please list some ways. . I need to do this because my itunes dose not work and can not be repaired.I have tryed everything. I have a windows vista wick itunes dose not work on. And I have a windows2000 wich the latest iTunes required for the iPod touch isint compatible with. What do I do?

Uninstall and reinstall itunes on vista. It will work. Uninstall, delete the itunes folder in program files, it should work at least.
If you have bricked your iTouch then google how to put it in DFU mode…hold both buttons down, wait till the screen goes off, let go of one button (home I think), then hold the power button until it comes back on and is recognized by itunes.
Restore the firmware, you may need to enter restore mode:

Press simultaneously:
the top button and the bottom button for about 3-5 seconds and then wait to see if you get the Apple symbol. Way a minute or two and the iPod Touch will be reset. Now plug in the Touch to your computer with iTunes installed and see if it sycs up.
