Try this get someone in your house to download "Malwarebytes" and then transfer to your computer and install it then run it
It should clean your computer enough for you to get running and on the net.
Well for starters, a trojan is an advertising pop-up that will damage files if you download a file from the website. Ask your brother what he has been doing and look at those websites with caution, just google it and see a siteadvisor for help.
You can probably buy a protection from a retailer store without the explorer, and get the files for explorer in your other computer, or look for files you downloaded if you have and link it to a site or something. It should pop up some type of browser, then try downloading more than one internet, as in Mozilla Firefox, Opera, and Safari than just Internet Explorer.
You could try downloading the updates at night when your family members are asleep. And also not many people go online at night therefore that is a factor that would make your internet go faster.
Or you can just tell your parents that you need to get rid of the virus (which means your brother must not go on the other computer). If they say no, just tell them, FINE go and pay for a new computer.
Trust me, they would rather fix the virus then buy a new one…
hope you have XP

pick a time when you know it worked properly. Follow the prompts and then when the computer restores it will turn on again like it used to (it will allow you back on the internet). Then go update your anti-virus I also suggest adding SuperAntiSpyware, it’s free. http://www.superantispyware.com/?tag=SUPERANTISPYWARE
