haha, "Healing Software", This does not exist.
I suggest that your problem is with your power supply not having enough wattage to supply your components. Especially if you are running a hardcore video card.
Other than this, it may be RAM not seated properly or possibly your harddrive on the way out. Without more information it is hard to know.
Software won’t do it.
more programs using you CPU power, no matter what they are doing, is still more programs using your CPU power.
I’d say more ram, and remove any/all Norton products.
