   start your computer in safe mode with networking by tapping the F8 key while the computer is booting…go into the control panel and remove all anti virus programs you have….now go to http://www.avast.com and download the free home version and run a boot time scan which is part of the set up…delete anything it finds no matter where it is….after it reboots…go to http://www.superantispyware.com and download the free version and run it…that should fix you right up…..cheers

   You installed TWO antiviruses at the same time? Yes, that can cause your computer to lock up >.<

   Perhaps you should pay someone to fix your computer for you.

   boot to safe mode
   go to add and remove un-install
   all your anti-virus soft ware
   re boot
   now install a aanti-virus up date it and run it
   may i suggest avast (free)
   and malwarebytes (free)
