Try the free CCleaner from http://www.ccleaner.com
or from http://www.filehippo.com
Before using it open it and go to Options>Advanced and untick all items there.
CCleaner is what I like,but there are others.Go over to nonags,on left of page in freeware full list,on next page click disk cleanup tools,read reviews and download what you like reading.
CCleaner. Good and free. Google it.
