You can get a Yahoo tech at help.yahoo.com or by using YMessenger and chatting with a tech.
The problem is not your computer or browser. Yahoo is working on the site. Many users are reporting a wide variety of problems. This has happened twice a year when Yahoo does maintenance and upgrades.
You can get a warning by hovering your cursor over ANSWERS at the left side of the main Yahoo home page. If it says "A problem occurred….", there will be problems that day.
Click on FORUM at the left side of the Answers home page (under Related Links). Current problems are posted there and you can post your experience. A live Yahoo employee reads every post. It is mainly for Y!A problems so start your post with that problem but you can expand on the others. The community will help you. There used to be a YMail forum but it is gone.
