   I have used a program called "Hijack this" (it is free with no limitations)….a software engineer recommended it and it helped alot…

   Actually Mcaffe 2007 anti virus has a good registry cleaner in the software,the whole program is free to download,and has the current update when you download it,works very well.

   get registry cleaner.. use the trial version.. its a one time work.. u need not clean ur registy every now n then..

   ccleaner is the bomb for this, not only will it clean your registry, but it will also free up disc space, check it out.
