If not is there one that is really cheap, also once you get it is it a one time scan or does it stay on your computer and you can use it whenever you need it? What all does it takes off your computer? Does it takes off programs too or just internet files?

There are many free scans and programs to clear your computer of viruses and spyware. For Internet files you can use Disk clean up which is already in windows under Programs/Accessories/System tools/Disk Cleanup. Below are some of the free sites to find virus and spyware scans and or utilities. You will need to do viruses and Spyware separately as I have not found any that do this combined atleast that are free. Windows one care might be good if your willing to buy it.
