Clean Registry and Optimize PC
Spybot isn’t as good. CCleaner is terrible if you have the free version as compared to the premium version of it or other programs. There are good free programs but if they were the best, would someone want money for their hard work in making such a program? Free programs help but are not the best.
CCleaner and Advanced System Care for registry cleaning.
Smart DeFrag for disk defragging.
Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, and Spybot for malware/ virus removal.
All free.
I’d say the best program to do that is call "Microsoft Windows Setup", e.g. reinstalling Windows…
I’ve seen many people brag about defragmenting and stuff, but when it all boils down, none do as good as a job as reinstalling Windows.
I usually reinstall Windows every 12-18 months. It’s amazing the difference between the "before" and "after"! And it also forces you to make good backups of your data.

Over time, you install new programs, uninstalled unimportant programs, update software’s, install new devices,
download files from the web, etcetera, hence embarking all records in the registry system.
This is normal, but it is not wise to leave it untouched.
Once in a while, you have to check and remove files that are no longer in use to maintain the speed of your PC.
