Well I just got a laptop from my grandparents and its still kinda slow I did disk cleanup, defrag, cleanup internet files and cookies. I would like some more suggestions I wish not to reboot the whole laptop but any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

Uniblue makes SpyEraser and you can get SpeedUpMyPC at the same time. It’s like 20 or 30 bucks for the pair, but money well spent. They cleaned up all my PCs.

Additionally go to the install/remove program in your control panel and get rid of any bloat ware or programs you don’t need.
