   Have you tried using an actual Vista repair program to help restore what sounds like a faulty Windows registry? I had some success with a program called Registry Easy, but in the end, I went back to Windows XP, because I was sick and tired of dealing the constant problems and what seemed like I was restoring Windows Vista on a weekly basis!    Try using your recovery discs.
   If you still can access to your pc save as many pictures and videos as you can before doing so; otherwise, they will disappear forever.

   Dear Friend,

   The startup errrors you are getting might be due to problems with the installation of some program(s) on your computer.

   Do the following steps:

   1. Turn on your computer into Safe Mode by pressing the F8 button of your keyboard before the Operating System Boot process starts.

   2. After desktop appears, click the Start button on the Taskbar.

   3. If you are using Windows XP, then click the Run option, and type: "msconfig" (without quotes), and press Enter. Or, if you are using Windows Vista/ 7, then directly type "msconfig" (without quotes) in the Search Box, and open it.

   4. After the System Configuration Utility opens, go to Startup tab, and uncheck those items causing the errors.

   5. Now, go to Services tab, and check-up the box "Hide All Microsoft Services".

   6. Uncheck those items causing the errors, and then click on Apply, after on OK.

   7. Restart your computer, and boot it into Normal Mode.
