At first, reboot your PC into safe mode with Networking (reboot ->hit F8 -> choose safe mode with networking after you see a table). Then login as you do normally, go under the process table to stop its processes and then download Spyware Doctor or other anti-spyware. Update it before running a full system scan.
Here is more about this rogueware and its removal:

In simple terms – you have what’s called the "Google Redirect Virus". This is a virus that installs with these rogue antivirus programs and basically "hijacks" your browsers and make them redirect all your search traffic to random advertising websites. To fix this problem, you should follow this tutorial: http://www.personalcomputerfixes.com/spyware/how-to-remove-the-google-redirect-virus/
First thing, The HijackThis version is out of date, current is 2.0.4
Second, If this is the guide you used for the rootkit

Please use HitmanPro instead

If you would like for someone to have a look at your logs, start a new topic

Do not post logs until they are asked for, but post the details on what steps you have taken up to this point, operating system(which I see is XP) and the tech’s there will instruct what needs to be done
