If you want to increase some speed on your computer and internet without paying for upgrades you could do the following :
– Computer (Windows) :
1) Go to "computer / Temp" (If the "Temp" is not located there you could search it in the computer directory) and select all files in that directory and delete them ! Go back to where "Temp" is placed and "right-click" on the folder and select "Properties" and under "Attributes" click (which will make a check mark) on the box which says "Hidden" and click "Ok" !
2) Go to "Computer / ProgramData" and "right-click" on the folder and select "Properties" and under "Attributes" click (which will make a check mark) on the box which says "Hidden" and click "Ok" !
3) Go to "search" (go to your desktop and click on your keyboard "Control + F" also known as Ctrl+F / Ctr+F at the same time which will bring you to the search application) and type in "Disk Cleanup" and select the "My Files Only", select "(C:)" and then you select the following files check marked :

He was right…that’s barely enough to run the Operating system…let alone any applications. XP requires 128 MB of ram…as a minimum…and your system says it has 130(ish). Every time you open an application your system is having to shunt stuff into virtual memory(an area on your harddrive) which is why your system is so slow.
you will need to uninstall unused programs to use less ram.
As for getting me ram you will need to install more ram.
You can use the system scanner at http://www.crucial.com/ to find out what ram your computer can use and support.
For running slow there are many causes:
Microsoft Registry Problems = Slow Computer!
Spyware/Adware
RAM
De-Fragmenting
Etc.
Below can help you speed up your pc:
Manage your startup:
Open your Start menu -> Click Run -> In the command screen type "msconfig.exe" -> In the "system configuration utility", click either "service" or "startup" tab -> Uncheck all programs that your are no longer using.
De-Fragmenting
1. Right click of C Disk.
2. Click properties.
3. Click tools tab.
4. Click "Defragment now".
5. Click Defragment.
You can search which process full use you cpu, and end the process.
Under steps:
1. right click on the TaskBar.
2. click the Task Manager.
3. click the processes tab.
4. double click the CPU.
5. find if the "System Idle Process" is max.
6. if not right click and click end process.
