   You can clean your registry yourself but unless you are very technical, you should not even dare. Editing incorrectly the Windows registry can even result in stalling your system and might need professional help to solve the issue.

   Yes, you can edit your registry on own. However, need to back up your registry before you edit it. Or you may want use a registry cleaner. Check out the link:

   yes you can just go to http://www.download.com and they have registry cleaning programs yoy can download and they are free i hope this is of some help cheer’s brett

   only way I can think of is using a program that does so.

   bitdefender does so for sure, but you gotta pay for that. Im sure there are some free ones out there.

   i’ve never tried any free ones but feel free to experiment

   download it, install it, run it

   it will get he junk out of your registry

   You can clean your registry yourself pretty safely these days. Go to http://www.download.com and download TuneUp Utilities 2008. It is very helpful and it will automatically backup your data in case something does happen, but typically nothing does.

   Within that program there are many useful tools for optimizing your computer, internet connection, and customizing windows.
