   the terms of use states that you can use the virus protection on one computer one license but ….you pay for the use of the product i cannot condone using the product in violation of the terms of use but you can use the product as long as it is used on one computer ast a time read it carefully one computer at a time hope this helps

   you cant use them both at the same time. you can uninstall from the desktop and install onto laptop.
