Yes, you can install windows using that disc. The only thing is that it’s not going to be a "licensed windows" installation. As long that it’s for personal use, not for a business, you’ll be fine. It might give you some trouble, like not being able to install an update in the future because it’s not licensed, but your computer should work anyway.
Yup. just boot from the disk, delete the partition and reinstall.
Without the COA the OS will run for thirty days, then it quits.
Contact the folks you bought the computer from, They should be able to tell you what to expect.
