Did you try restore to eraliest best restore point.?
Press f8 and try it
uhhhhhhhh dont you have a cd for system restore?
I had this problem before and i system restore..
sorry not much help..
Try this, load the windows install disk in the drive, click on start, then run then type sfc /scannow
This should replace any Windows system files that are missing or corrupt. This actually smells like a virus. Do not respond to pop up ads for anti virus and you need to be more careful about the anti spyware software you run. Also when you get to safe mode click on turn off restart .
