I have a virus on my computer that is mainly located in this Loaction…HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\InternetSettings\ZoneMap\EscDomains. I have no idea what HKCU is and where to look for it to manually remove the files attached to this trojan. I do not have the money to pay for software or even worse a PC repair shop so I’d like to manually delete.

If you did not recognize that item as a Registry subkey Steve G, you really do not want to be attempting to make changes in your Registry to try and "remove" a trojan. It would also be too difficult, especially with no other information or details, to adequately post here any steps you should take to make the necessary changes.
If you start a new request at any of the free malware removal sites available on the Internet someone there can assist you with this problem, as well as whatever infection issues are on your system. If you would like you can get help by following the steps here:

It’s not a folder but a registry key location
HKCU stands for HKeyCurrentUser. When you open regedit you’ll see it is one of the top nodes in the tree on the left.
You then want to open software under it, Microsoft under that, etc. etc.
hkey current user, go start >> run >> regedit, you’ll understand what I mean
If you dont have a clue of what it is, dont even touch the registry, or you can say bye bye to everything.
