So many companies trying to make money by selling you products to keep your computer safe and clean, all of which are freely available.
Hope this helps.
i would not advise you use spybot search and destroy its got a reputation of causing computer more harm then anything for antispyware avg makes a great free version, you can download from free.grisoft.com. and ccleaner is ok but you really don’t need it unless you adding and removing programs like 20 times a day. norton antivirus seems to be kinda slow from my experience but if you piad for it just keep it. other then that you should be fine, just don’t go to a bunch of bad sites or open strange emails and you should be just fine.
What exactly is running slow?
Your internet connection or programs in general?
It may be that you have too much protection. What I actually mean is many of these programs are set to run in the background by default when installing.
If your system tray has a lot of icons, this could cause a performance hit.
Go to Start / Run, and type in "msconfig".
Go to the RUN tab. Any item with a green check in the box means that program is running in the background when you start Windows. You can uncheck some of these, but avoid unchecking any that pertain to your virus software.

Get all that crap off of there, you don’t need it all, and it will slow down your computer.
all you need is a good antivirus program, some of that stuff can lead to getting more viruses.
I recommend McAfee, because Norton is a space hog and hard to get rid of.
I would be concerned about potential slowdowns caused by conflicts between Norton and Windows Defender.
If you do notice a slowdown, I think that would be the first place to look.
Also you haven’t mentioned a firewall. The built-in WinXP firewall is only a one-directional firewall; firewalls need to be bi-directional to be effective.
The Zone Alarm Free firewall is good and easy to deal with, but the Comodo Firewall Pro (also free) is better, but a bit more of a nag for a week or so. If you don’t have a third party firewall, I would suggest you disable your XP firewall and go with one of the above.

I would also add a more serious on-demand antispy scanner.
I use and recommend Superantispyware:

Your housekeeping tools look good, but be careful not to over-do it 😉
Overall, it looks like pretty good.
