Clean Registry and Optimize PC
The chances of getting a virus from MSN or almost any other legitimate site is pretty slim. It’s the P2P and porn sites that can cause you the most trouble. And of course e-mail.
Always keep a good anti-virus program running in the background. It wouldn’t hurt to also have Spyware Blaster or Spybot running as well.
