   Hi,

   Ccleaner is a nice little tool that will remove several things:

   You need to read the docs that come with this program (as any program) in order to KNOW what it is
   about to do and what it is about to clean.

   This is a stong program, so please be adived here that you have been warned.

   Also, please do not be scared to run these types of programs as they ARE built AROUND the OS
   that they are and do run on and there for KNOW what NOT to remove.
   However, if you have installed somethat that this program was designed to remove, you will more then
   likely 1 – be asked to remove it OR 2 it will remove it without asking you simply because that
   program is deemed "BAD" through the rest of the community (Parasite Community).

   Disconnect your internet connection, restart your PC. Once you have done with this, click on Start–Run, type TEMP click on OK, then temp window will open just select all the files and delete also do the same by typing %TEMP%. Open the interent properties and click on Delete….Delete All and Ok. Your problem will be solved. If it is not then restart your PC in safe mode then clean the disk.

   this free tool will do it and other things as well. run the updates after download & then scan-then fix.your pc will be clean and much faster after. good luck. http://www.iobit.com

   are you using IE or Firefox? If your using firefox or a different browser other then internet explorer then disk cleanup wont delete it. There is a button in firefox that will clean it up or go to C:program files/Mozzila firefox/temp internet files. And deltete everything there. Just dont delete the cookies folder = )

   use window wash software
   it will do it
   If you can not, it means you have a spyware
   boot to safe mode without net work, go to internet temp folder, delete all
   It will deleted
