What is a good Windows 7 cleaner?

I need a Windows 7 cleaner that does crap removal, registry integrity and maybe some performance boost. And please provide me with a FREEWARE cleaner. I really want to know what is the best FREEWARE cleaner for Windows 7. And please don’t provide me with some cleaner with trials and all that, i really want to have FREEWARE cleaner.

hey most of the Registry Cleaners give you free scan and ask you to pay like 50bucks inorder to remove. I was wondering if anyone knew one that does scan and remove for free? Not a cheap a** but going to college so can’t afford to spend 50bucks on it.
oh or if you know one that is really cheap like 10bucks plz post a link for me lol

How do you remove CyberDefender? DETAILS!?

Ok, so I’m trying to uninstall it from my computer but weather I go through add/remove programs or i go to start>all programs>cyberdefender>registry cleaner>uninstall it goes to this screen that says why do you want to uninstall cyberdefender and you can select but there is no uninstall button. i have malware-bytes and that hasn’t done anything. please help!
theres 3 reasons why and i already chose a reason but theres no continue button or anything

I used a Registry Cleaner called Uniblue Registry Cleaner, and now i can’t get any audio on my DELL Inspiron?

Registry cleaners and computer repairs?

Do you know of any FREEEEEEE programs out there that will repair things on the computer. I’m trying new antiviruses but if that isn’t the problem then maybe something else is. What can I do?
I want a computer repair such as machanic not an anti spy. Everything that I have run so far has said that there is no spyware and no viruses. The problem must be something else. I already have the programs that are listed in the answers so far.
