Is there a good Registry Cleaner/Repair program that is compatible with Vista 64-bit?

I like Registry Booster, but it isn’t compatible with Vista 64. I need something that’s going to be compatible with a 64-bit OS. Especially when Windows 7 comes out.

Am I in danger of ruining my laptop by using this PC cleaner?

I use a wonderful program called CCleaner for file cleanup but have been warned not to use it b/c it also cleans registers. I have the XP operating system. Shall I discontinue its use? I do not want to use two separate programs: one for file clean up and one for registry clean up.

Please give me your best suggestion for an effective way to clean my PC, and any personal cases where you’ve encountered problems using CCleaner.

Where can I get software tested?

I am in the middle of a PayPal dispute over downloadable software that installed Windows XP. Does anyone know of an "expert" such as a program writter, tester, or repair shop where I could get the software tested for a low cost? Please look at my previous questions first. I am almost sure their is somthing wrong with the software, but I must have written evidence for PayPal.

How do you get about: blank to stop trying to change your home page?

For some reason every time I sign on I get a message from Norton that they have stopped someone from changing my home page. When I check details it is something called "about: blank". I have tried removing my temporary internet files and running a spyware search and it still comes up every time I sign on again. Does anyone know how to get rid of this about: blank for good?

Is there a reliable registry cleaner to tune up windows me, free or otherwise?
